Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

1.1 Scope & Duration

  • Physical products may be returned within 14 calendar days from delivery date.

  • Return eligibility starts at delivery, not order, or shipping date  .

  • Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

1.2 Eligible Items

  • Refunds for defective, damaged, or wrong items (claims within 7 days of delivery).

  • Digital products (downloads, PDFs) are non-refundable, except in cases of error or duplicates.

1.3 Exclusions

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or Ding & Dent orders are not returnable.

  • Bundles must be returned in full to receive credit.

1.4 Refunds, Credits & Exchanges

  • Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt.

  • Store credit valid for 12 months from date issued.

  • Exchanges handled on a case-by-case basis; shipping fees may apply.

1.5 Customer Responsibility & Costs

  • Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless we shipped incorrect or faulty items; we provide prepaid labels in those cases.

  • Fees may apply or refunds withheld if returned items are damaged or missing packaging/components.

1.6 Return Process

  • Submit a request via support@bjoremspeech.com with order number, item(s), and reason for return.

  • Once approved, ship within 2 business days.

  • We’ll notify you when the refund or credit has been processed.

1.7 Dispute & Legal Notice

  • Attempt informal resolution first; if not resolved within 30 days, escalate through mediation or binding arbitration in Colorado under applicable consumer protection laws.
