I need a quote in order to submit a purchase order. Can you help me?

Yes—we’ve made it simple! Download and complete our quote request form, then email it to support@bjoremspeech.com. We’ll send your quote within 1–2 business days, and it’ll be valid for 30 days.

Can I get a W-9 from you?
How can Bjorem Speech become an approved vendor in my school district?

Just email us at support@bjoremspeech.com with your district’s vendor requirements, and we’ll take the next steps to get approved.

How do sales and purchase orders work?

To receive sale pricing with a purchase order, it must be submitted during the active sale period. POs submitted after the sale ends will reflect regular pricing.

What do I need to include in my purchase order?

To ensure your purchase order (PO) is processed smoothly, please include the following:

Email for Invoicing

  • Include an email address to where the web-based invoice/order can be sent. POs will not be fulfilled without this.

Order-Based Shipping Costs

  • 1–5 products: $9.00
  • 6–10 products: $17.00
  • 11–20 products: $25.00
  • 21–30 products: $33.00
  • 31–49 products: $41.00
  • 50+ products: Contact us for a shipping quote

Email for Downloadable Products

  • Please include the email address of the person who will use the resource. We’ll deliver downloads via email. If no email is provided, the products will not be sent.

Tax Exempt Orders

  • If ordering online: Send your tax-exempt certificate to support@bjoremspeech.com before placing your order. We are unable to refund taxes after payment is completed.
  • If ordering with a PO: Include your tax-exempt certificate along with your PO.

Additional Requirements

Tax-Exempt Purchases

What if my school or business is exempt from sales tax?

If your organization is tax exempt, please email a copy of your tax-exempt certificate to support@bjoremspeech.com. We’ll ensure tax is not charged on your order.

To qualify, the tax-exempt organization must be listed as the billing party ("bill to") on the order. If an individual places the order and is later reimbursed by a tax-exempt organization, the purchase does not qualify as tax exempt.

Do U.S. customers have to pay state sales taxes?

Yes. Bjorem Speech Publications collects sales tax in states where it’s required by law. Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and will be applied at checkout—unless you provide a valid tax-exempt certificate before placing your order.

Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

What is your return policy?

1.1 Scope & Duration

  • Physical products may be returned within 14 calendar days from delivery date.
  • Return eligibility starts at delivery, not order, or shipping date  .
  • Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

1.2 Eligible Items

  • Refunds for defective, damaged, or wrong items (claims within 7 days of delivery).
  • Digital products (downloads, PDFs) are non-refundable, except in cases of error or duplicates.

1.3 Exclusions

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or Ding & Dent orders are not returnable.
  • Bundles must be returned in full to receive credit.

1.4 Refunds, Credits & Exchanges

  • Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt.
  • Store credit valid for 12 months from date issued.
  • Exchanges handled on a case-by-case basis; shipping fees may apply.

1.5 Customer Responsibility & Costs

  • Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless we shipped incorrect or faulty items; we provide prepaid labels in those cases.
  • Fees may apply or refunds withheld if returned items are damaged or missing packaging/components.

1.6 Return Process

  • Submit a request via support@bjoremspeech.com with order number, item(s), and reason for return.
  • Once approved, ship within 2 business days.
  • We’ll notify you when the refund or credit has been processed.

1.7 Dispute & Legal Notice

  • Attempt informal resolution first; if not resolved within 30 days, escalate through mediation or binding arbitration in Colorado under applicable consumer protection laws.
What is your shipping policy?

Shipping (US)

  • Shipping is calculated during checkout in our store. 
  • Please see Purchase Order page for PO shipping cost inquiries.
  • Orders will ship in full, as such, you may wish to purchase in-stock items on a separate order. Product may be shipped in separate shipments depending on stock on hand and size of product.

Shipping International

  • International shipping rates and rules vary. Please contact us with any questions before placing your order. 
  • Outside of the United States, customs or duty charges may apply. Bjorem Speech cannot predict and is not responsible for any customs or duty charges that the recipient may incur. If you refuse the shipment due to these duties or taxes you will be refunded your purchase minus a $45 international shipping and restocking fee we incur. 

Please note: We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost/stolen by any mail carrier service unless we make a mistake on the shipping address. Also, shipping prices and timing may vary during promotional periods.

Timing of your Order and Delivery:

  • Orders are normally processed and shipped within 2-3 business days following receipt.
  • Orders with 10+ items delivery items are normally processed and shipped within 4-6 business days.
  • You will receive an order confirmation by email the same day of your order. You will receive an email with shipping confirmation when the order ships. If you are not able to find your order or shipping confirmation emails, please be sure check your spam or promotions folder.
  • Processing and shipping timing are subject to change when you place an order during a promotion or during a holiday period. Please contact us directly at support@bjoremspeech.com if you have questions regarding shipping time estimates. 
  • Standard shipping orders are shipped via USPS, DHL or FedEX. Please allow between 4 -10 business days to receive your order, excluding handling time. 
  • All orders placed Monday – Friday prior to 12pm MT will ship within 2-3 business days for in stock products (unless otherwise noted for company/warehouse closures or if the order contains 10+ items). Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, typically ship the next business day, unless order is placed during a high volume sales, promotional, or holiday time.
  • Business days for purposes of shipping and shipping-time estimates are Monday through Friday, excluding US National and Federal Holidays.
  • All orders are subject to reconfirmation of inventory on hand.
