If we are having a sale, you need to submit the purchase order during the days that the sale is running. Any POs received after the sale ends will not reflect the sale price.

Purchase orders MUST contain an email where the web-based order/invoice can be sent. Purchase orders will not be fulfilled without an invoicing email.

Shipping must be included in the PO, the shipping costs are listed below.

up to 5 products = $9.00

6-10 products = $17.00

11-20 products = $25.00

21-30 products = $33.00

31-49 products = $41.00

50 or more contact us for shipping quote

If you are ordering downloadable products, please provide the email of the person that will be using that resource and we will send it via email directly. If no email is provided the products will not be sent. 

TAX EXEMPT: If you are a tax exempt company purchasing online, please send your tax exempt certificate to us at support@bjoremspeech.com BEFORE completing your order. We are unable to refund taxes after the purchase has been completed.

If you are tax exempt purchasing with a purchase order, please email your tax exempt form along with your purchase order to support@bjoremspeech.com

Please note that the exempt school or program must be making the purchase and listed as the "bill to" in order for the sale to be considered tax exempt. If an individual makes the original purchase and then gets reimbursed by an exempt organization, the original sale is not considered tax exempt.

Yes. Bjorem Speech Publications collects sales tax in certain states as required by law. The amount of sales tax will be calculated and applied to your order based on the shipping address unless you submit a tax exempt form.
