Rachelle Paquette, M.A., CCC-SLP, is the pediatric speech-language pathologist behind Speech Tree Co—affectionately known by many as "the mini object lady." She founded Speech Tree Co in December 2018 after a spontaneous moment in a Southern California private practice sparked a big idea. While working with a student on the /s/ sound, Rachelle grabbed a bin of miscellaneous mini toys—odds and ends from a shared therapy toy room—and used them as a hands-on articulation activity. The student was instantly engaged, and the success of that session planted the seed for Speech Tree Co.

Recognizing the power of play-based learning and the universal appeal of tiny objects, Rachelle began creating thoughtfully curated mini object kits targeting a variety of speech and language goals. Each product is designed with love and tested with her own speech and language students before becoming available to fellow SLPs, parents, and educators worldwide.

Rachelle is passionate about making speech therapy more fun, effective, and engaging. Through Speech Tree Co, she continues to share innovative tools that bring joy and meaningful progress to therapy sessions everywhere.
