With nearly 30 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist and as the parent of an Autistic child who overcame Selective Mutism and is now thriving, she brings a deeply informed perspective from both sides of the table—clinician and caregiver.

Her approach is rooted in meeting children where they are, using a bottom-up, inside-out philosophy that celebrates neurodiversity and honors each child’s unique voice. Alongside her dedicated team, she partners with parents to foster authentic connections and empower children to engage meaningfully with the world around them.
