Marcia Church, M.A., CCC-SLP, earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Speech Pathology from Kent State University in 2007. Over the years, she worked as an SLP across the country in school districts, home health, and private practice. After the birth of her first child, life shifted, and she made the decision to stay home—just as her formal work life paused, her passion for parenting and child development grew even stronger.

Marcia is the founder of Pediatric Speech Stars, a blend of over 15 years of professional experience as a licensed speech-language pathologist and the real-life lessons gained from raising her two children. What began as a commitment to helping children has grown into a deeper mission: supporting both children and their parents with empathy, expertise, and practical strategies.
