Q. Is room service available on board?

A. Room service is available any time of the day or night - simply order from the room service menu located in your stateroom (a service fee applies for all room service orders).

Q. How do I book shore excursions?

A. You can pre-purchase shore excursions on RCI’s website once you receive your booking number and online check-in instructions for the cruise (approximately 3 to 4 weeks prior to the sailing date) or once you are onboard ship.

Q. When will the beverage package show on the app?

A. The drink package will not appear on the app or the website because it was added at group level (not individual reservation level). But it will be noted on the guest’s key cards as well as the Set Sail pass (the boarding pass)

Q. Since the drink package is included do we tip in cash?

A. The gratuities for the bar staff are included as part of the beverage package, but if guests wish to tip an additional amount, they can do so in cash or add it to the check they will be asked to sign each time they order drinks.

 Note: the pre-paid gratuities added to the reservations are for the stateroom attendant and the staff in the Windjammer and dining room.

Q. What is included in the $25 non-SLP Guest fee?

A. Your guest will have admission to the welcome party and the Articulate Affair. Please note they will not have a raffle number or be eligible for giveaways.

Q: My friends booked the cruise through the royal Caribbean website and not through the Bjorem Speech Website. They didn’t pay the $25 non-slp guest fee. Can I still bring them along to the parties?

A. When you check in we can get your friend's name and $25 in cash, Venmo or check. That will get her into both parties.
